Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Herne Bay and Whitstable

Please read our terms & conditions which will help understand how we operate.

- 10% Student discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers only available on block bookings of 10 hours or more if paid in advance. *

- No discounts on test fees

- Progress report cards and Appointment cards are the property of Bitesize Driving School, and can be retained at any time.

- We will honour a free birthday lesson provided a minimum of 10 hours have been booked and paid for in advance.

- Free birthday lesson must be taken within the month of birthday.

- Referral lessons a Free driving lesson will be given provided the client has booked a minimum of 10 hours not to be used in conjunction with the free birthday lesson.

- For any Semi and Full Intensive courses a deposit of 50% is required two weeks prior to the start date in order to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be required on the first day of the course.

- Aggressive and abusive behaviour will NOT be tolerated and this will lead to the termination of the lesson immediately and any payments made will be forfeit. This may also result in your details being passed to the DVSA and the Police.

- Unless 48 hours notice is given, any lesson cancelled will be charged at your current lesson rate.

- All refunds for any lessons or packages booked will be credited back by A Bitesize Voucher which must be redeemed within 12 months from date of issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Any Intensive Packages once confirmed no cash refund will be given. A Bitesize voucher will be issued which can be used towards any lessons or packages booked by yourself, friends or family.This must be redeemed within 12 months from date of issue.

- Any Test Fees that have been paid and are not cancelled within 72 hours notice of your Driving Test Date will be lost as stated on the DVSA website as 72 hours notice is required.

- Bitesize Driving School Test Fee that is cancelled by the student or by Bitesize Driving School within 72 hours notice of your Driving Test will be issued back as a Bitesize Voucher which is valid for 12 months from date of issue. The DVSA test fee of £62 will be refunded back via Cash or Bank Transfer.

- On the day of your driving test if your driving instructor feels you are not ready to take your driving test, The use of the instructors car can be withdrawn at any time and any Test Fees paid will be forfeit.
